GastroBiom

Gastrointestinal Biomarkers for Optimal Management

The aim of the GastroBiom research node is to utilize and develop state-of-the-art methods for assessing gastrointestinal conditions in order to perform clinical studies based on hypotheses developed by clinicians. Additionally, we support industry-initiated clinical trials and address the specific problems faced by the hospital's patient population.

The GastroBiom research node will contribute to the advancement of medical knowledge and patient care by conducting clinical studies on viral hepatitis, and functional and organic gastrointestinal diseases. By utilizing and developing state-of-the-art methods for assessing gastrointestinal conditions, we provide valuable insights into these areas of research and support industry-initiated clinical trials. Our focus on addressing the specific healthcare challenges faced by the hospital's patient population will help improve the overall health outcomes and well-being of patients in the community.
