The aim of the GastroBiom research node is to utilize and develop state-of-the-art methods for assessing gastrointestinal conditions in order to perform clinical studies based on hypotheses developed by clinicians. Additionally, we support industry-initiated clinical trials and address the specific problems faced by the hospital's patient population.
The GastroBiom research node will contribute to the advancement of medical knowledge and patient care by conducting clinical studies on viral hepatitis, and functional and organic gastrointestinal diseases.
